Charting Within Months: Part III Wolf Gang
For the third instalment in this series, we stay close to the prophecies of Neon Gold, doing nothing to reject the accusations that we think that the music industry works by Neon Gold telling everyone what’s going to shift units. Actually, if you think about it for a second, it is seeming more and more likely that that is actually how the industry works.
However, despite the Neon Gold released “Pieces Of You” being nothing short of the quirk-pop brilliance Wolf Gang is sure to become associated with, it is the newly unveiled “The King And All Of His Men”, due for release by Hit Club on November 16th, that has convinced us that Wolf Gang is promised a future of beer covered festival stages, awards ceremonies spent trying to avoid NME journalists and being paid to speak to Jo Whiley. Has the potential to take its ebullient synths and stabbing verses to slay the charts. Depressingly, the only thing stopping it from doing so is a fat marketing budget.
