Clock Opera – The End Of Remixes

marinaagain

We really need to stop posting remixes of “I Am Not A Robot”. Or, at least, people need to stop making remixes of “I Am Not A Robot”. Especially remixes that surpass all the other, now embarrassed looking, mixes crafted by lesser humans. Unfortunately, though we had decided that the Fool’s Gold remix was the pinnacle of remixery success, and were quite happy to move on from a topic that has been floating around now for over a year, Clock Opera decided to throw out his own effort which has been not-so-subtly whispered about for a good few months of almost nail-biting tension.

We lie. Actually, we heard the breathings about Clock Opera’s remix and were not particularly excited at all, though most seemed to think it an event of equal significance to the second coming of Christ.  After letting it smoothly assail our ears for a good few listens, though, we can only conclude that if we tried to crucify it, it would rise again in orchestral magnificence and laugh mockingly at all the other inferior versions. This is the end, though – a line is drawn.
